The Central Control Unit (CCU) is comprised of two key elements.

1. Structured wiring of the home to enable the following:

• TV (Cable, Satellite, Aerial and CCTV) & Video distribution
• Data network; LAN incorporating broadband & WiFi services
• Telephone network
• Home cinema & audio

2. The Home Control System (HCS) allows the homeowner to control and monitor
     the following from a single console/touch pad or TV in the home:

• Security & Fire alarms /Remote CCTV surveillance
• HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning)
  • Boiler/heat pump & air conditioning control
  • Individual room temperature control
• Appliance control e.g. entrance gate/door, sprinklers etc.
• Lighting – Control lights and create lighting scenes

	Telephone access using keypad or by phone
	Phone/text/email notification of any event    such as burglar or fire alarm
	A web based interface means that wherever   there is Internet, the homeowner is just a click   away with the AHC integrated solution
